Credit account applications are welcomed from existing customers who have placed at least three orders by any other payment method during the last year and have no adverse payment history.

How to apply for a credit account:

1. Complete the online credit account application form (See link below.)

2. Print out your completed credit account application form together with our terms and conditions of sale (See link below.)

3. Have both documents signed and dated by a director of your company.

4. Post both signed documents to us together with a sheet of your company letterhead paper and a copy of your latest management accounts.

We will pass all information on to RBS Invoice Finance Ltd who will also use external credit reference agencies and other sources to consider your application.

We will then advise whether your application has been accepted or declined and the credit limit where applicable. This process will usually be completed within two weeks. Whether your application is accepted or declined, you will be able to continue to use other payment methods as required.

Please note that the amount of debt represented by credit account orders is absolutely assigned to:

RBS Invoice Finance Ltd regularly review credit accounts and reserve the right to change credit limits or remove facilities without notice.
