All roles include the following benefits:
  • 20 days holiday, all bank holidays + period between Xmas and new year.
  • Stakeholder pension scheme (only applies after successful completion of probation). The company matches the employee contribution up to 3 % of salary.

Blue Solutions has very spacious offices in a very new building overlooking woodland with lots of free parking. It is a short walk or car ride into the town centre and local supermarket.

Internal Sales Executive

This role is responsible for the creation of sales opportunities from current and new customers. The successful candidate will be accustomed in creating their own opportunities and well versed in managing a prospect through the sales cycle to close and after sales management.

Key talents for success include a winning attitude, knowledge of the information technology industry and Microsoft's products. With a natural ability to communicate with people at all levels from Systems Engineer to Business Owner while gaining an understanding of their requirements to define the sales opportunity. Able to handle objections and move the opportunity to close.

Activities of the job include -

  • Customer focused
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales calls
  • Building opportunity pipeline
  • Producing and sending quotes to customers
  • Checking and processing of sales orders
  • Sales administration ensuring excellent customer service
Personal experience and Attributes:
  • Successful sales track record - telesales or field sales
  • Clear and concise communication skills
  • Confident, professional phone manner
  • Comfortable working under pressure
  • Team player
  • Organized and diligent
  • Experience with an IT reseller would be advantageous
  • Microsoft Licensing Sales Specialist (MLSS) qualification or similar
The successful candidate will undergo a three month training/probation period, qualifications are not as important as aptitude and experience.
