When faced with a license update we expected it to be straight forward. Unfortunately it involved an upgrade to version 11. It was suggested we attend the course costing £1,000 on implementation, or at the very least sit through the 3 hour presentation.
Our company simply doesn’t have the time or money to devote in this way, and now thanks to Trend we don’t need to anymore. We have changed our whole customer base over to Trend, because it is simple to implement, easy to operate and has excellent monitoring capabilities. We simply couldn’t justify to our customers an overpriced, over complicated solution that we couldn’t afford to operate. Trend suits our requirements, but more importantly serves our customers needs without giving us the headache.

Just got back from installing the worry free software and I must say it was very straightforward and impressive. I particularly liked the way it uninstalled the remnants of Symantec Antivirus and it worked perfectly on older W2000 machines.

My customer and I felt their existing product had become not only more expensive than the Trend product, but lacked the overall security and ease of use that was currently on offer. Having deployed 80 seats one easy session, Not only did the Trend Worry Free solution work straight out of the box, it also cleanly removed the previous vendors product installed. I have been using the Trend NFR WFBS on our system and the trial on our clients. This is a great suite, small foot print, low resource use good management and detailed reporting tools. I am very pleased with the suite and will now use Trend as our preferred supplier of security software.
