Inside Sales - MSP

Blue Solutions is a value add distributor (VAD) specialising in software, with extensive experience in working with channel partners for nearly 20 years.
As an Inside Sales Representative for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), your main duties will be selling IT software to and through service providers. You will be focused on proactively enabling service providers to use our vendor’s services to protect their customers, and prospecting for upsell opportunities within existing and new accounts in the UK and Ireland market.
This is an office based role in Wokingham, Berkshire (UK)
- Reach quarterly KPIs
- Exceed quarterly targets
- Engage with MSP Partners and support them in selling to their customers
- Create strong business relationships with prospects and customers
- Build and maintain a constant/future revenue pipeline
- Manage leads in a timely manner
- Identify and execute on upsell opportunities
- Update and maintain Salesforce CRM database
- Keep knowledge up to date of the Security market
- Proven track record selling IT products and/or services
- Basic understanding of how a service provider works
- Willingness to learn
- Strong team spirit
- Experience of using a CRM system
- Good telephone presence
Salary £24,000 Basic (£40,000 OTE)
