Part-Time Accounts Assistant (Maternity cover 9-12 months)
We are an IT software distributor based in Wokingham looking for someone to assist with the day to day running of our accounts department. This is a part-time maternity cover role for 9-12 months (20 – 24 hours per week) with some flexibility possible, so could suit school hours. There may be the potential for a permanent position in the future.
Your main responsibilities will include processing supplier invoices, credit control, statement runs, filing, checking credit limits for the sales team and other ad-hoc accounts/admin as required.
The ideal candidate would have some knowledge of Sage Line 50 and SalesForce together with excellent communication skills both written and on the telephone. They must be a team player with a professional and confident personality that enjoys being part of a small, friendly team. Exceptional attention to detail is critical.
Previous accounts experience in a similar role preferred and professional qualifications would be an advantage.
This role is to start early January with the potential for 1-2 days handover late December.
Salary: £11.00 - £12.50 per hour depending on experience.
